Unused items don’t roll over, but we’ll check in monthly to make sure you’re getting the most out of your plan and planning ahead for what’s coming. We legitimately want to serve you the best way we can!
Turnaround depends on your plan — most graphics and edits are delivered within 3–7 business days. Higher-tier plans get priority support and faster turnaround (as quick as 48 hours for urgent needs).
For larger projects like sermon bumpers or promo videos, we’ll let you know what to expect upfront.
And during busy seasons (like Easter and Christmas), we’ll plan ahead with you so timelines are clear and you’re never left scrambling.We use Canva, Wix (for websites), Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve — basically whatever gets the job done right and looks great. We make it look like you actually planned ahead!! Reguardless if you did or not...we wont tell! ;-)
